behaviors in five (5) easy-to-understand modes - competing, collaborating, compromising,
avoiding, and accommodating; identifies an individual's "preferred mode" for handling conflict;
and provides information on the most appropriate use for each conflict handling mode.
CPI 260™ Coaching Report for Leaders - provides results for eighteen (18) leadership
characteristics, organized into five (5) core performance areas; identifies strengths and
weaknesses; identifies target areas for development; includes suggested next steps to help
individuals advance as leaders; and compares individuals score with over 5,600 managers and
executives.
Leadership Report Using FIRO-B™ and MBTI™ - provides a snapshot of an individual's
leadership style; relates leadership style to interpersonal relationships, teams and
organizational cultures; identifies an individuals strengths and challenges in dealing with change
and stress; and offers an action plan for personal development.
MBTI™ Team Report - helps to develop cooperative and productive teams; describes the
strengths and weaknesses of the team; compares the team problem solving style and preferred
use of time with those of individual team members; and includes personalized action plans to
improve effectiveness of the team and individual members.
MBTI™ Interpretive Report for Organizations -
